Erika Moersch, Outrider Manager Paid Search
Erika Moersch is Manager of Paid Search for Outrider. She provides paid search support to staff, is responsible for serving as a strategy resource for client accounts and new business opportunities, providing point of view and thought leadership on paid search, providing support and training for all bid and tracking tools and technologies. She works closely with Outrider’s Director of Search Operations to establish standardized processes and templates for paid search.

Erika has been in the industry for four years and has vast experience in managing paid search campaigns. In her two years with Outrider, Erika has shown tremendous growth. She started as an Account Manager where she was responsible for the day-to-day execution and management of search marketing campaigns. Within a year, she was promoted to Senior Account Manager; her responsibilities included strategy development for search campaigns that are relevant to clients’ overall marketing goals and the management of budgets and the account client service teams. Erika has managed paid search campaigns for industry leading brands, including Century 21, Brink's Home Security, Vitamin World, Holland & Barrett, Orencia, RALiving, Enfamil, Thomas Global, and Travel New Zealand. Prior to joining Outrider, Erika worked at Drone and Mueller Interactive as the Interactive Marketing Manager.

Outside of the office, Erika is an active member and volunteer of the Missouri Pit Bull Rescue Group, the Mid America Bully Breed Rescue Group, People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals and the Missouri Alliance for Animal Legislation.

Erika is a graduate of Maryville University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in E-Marketing. She also received her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Maryville as well.
